Bring it ready and we refine it. Writing it from scratch is not included in Recruit.
Is the guarantee included with Recruit?
Yes. The 90-day replacement guarantee is included with Managed Team and Recruit. If the hire does not work out inside 90 days, we run the search again at no charge.
What happens after the offer is signed?
On Recruit, employment and ongoing admin sit with you, because the person is employed through your own Philippine entity.
