The content on this site is provided for general information. Figures such as salaries, savings, and fees are indicative, and are confirmed for your specific situation before any engagement. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, or a binding quote.

Search, employment, and ongoing support are delivered under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and one or more Statements of Work (SOW) between you and APAC Talent Hub. Those documents set out the fees, the scope, the 90-day replacement guarantee and its conditions, and the client protection terms, including non-solicitation and non-circumvention. If there is any conflict between this site and your agreement, your agreement governs.

Recruitment involves judgment and factors outside our control. Except for the specific replacement guarantee set out in your agreement, we do not guarantee that any search will result in a hire, or that any hire will achieve a particular result.

The name APAC Talent Hub, our logo, the content, and the design of this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share the content for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general information published here.
