Do I need a local entity in the Philippines for Managed Team?
No. We employ your hire through our compliant local infrastructure. Building your own entity generally needs around USD 200,000 in paid-up capital under the Foreign Investments Act, reducible to USD 100,000 only for DOST-certified advanced technology or 50 or more direct Filipino employees, plus up to 5 months of setup.
What does a Managed Team hire cost in total?
Salary, plus statutory employer contributions of roughly 11 to 16 percent depending on seniority, plus 13th month pay at 8.33% of annual basic, plus our fixed fees. The statutory rate falls as salary rises because SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG all cap out.
What if the hire does not work out?
Managed Team includes the 90-day replacement guarantee. A hire that does not work out costs 30% to 200% of their salary to replace, depending on seniority. If it happens inside that window we run the search again for free.
Who directs the work day to day?
You do. Your hire is a full-time member of your team and takes direction from you. We handle employment, not management.
